Material and Surface Treatment

These washers are manufactured from SPCC / SPHC steel, materials commonly used for industrial metal components that require stable forming quality and consistent mechanical performance. For surface treatment, the washers are available with Zinc Plating and Trivalent Chromium (Cr3+), 5um coating. The trivalent chromium finish adds an additional protective layer while meeting common environmental requirements as an alternative to hexavalent chromium treatment.
